I keep hearing about ChatGPT, should I just use that for my resume?

There’s definitely a place for AI in the career world, but AI models cannot tell you more about yourself than you put into them. As coaches, we say that we can do a lot of fun things to your materials, but we can’t add to them. Our coaching process is designed to help you identify and prioritize the big wins, outsized impacts, leadership experiences, and other noteworthy aspects of your career to date. Coaching gets the best out of you; AI just beautifies what you tell it.

What if I don’t have a good experience?

It’s exceedingly rare (3 clients out of 1K+), but sometimes things come up that justify separating the coach and client. In this case, we’ll refund you for any incomplete work. As an example, if you’ve signed up for a Resume + LinkedIn package, and decide to work independently after the call with your coach, you’d receive a 50% refund. Other packages will be similarly scaled to work completed.

How long until I have my first session with my coach?

Sometimes, it’s the same day. Your coach will reach out within 24 hours to get things moving, although it’s often much sooner. From there, your availability and turnaround dictate the speed of progress.

How quickly will my coach return materials to me?

Your coach will return drafts and materials to you within 3 total days or 2 business days, whichever is faster. Any OOO time from your coach will be telegraphed well in advance to ensure that we do not disrupt your career journey.

Which service / package do I need?
