Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Move Forward Career Service’s website and career service consulting products, including but not limited to coaching sessions, resume review, interview preparation, and career assessments. By accessing or using our website, tools, services, and any other offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

  • Our career service consulting products are designed to provide guidance and support for career development.

  • We strive to provide accurate and helpful information, but the outcome of our services depends on individual circumstances and efforts.

  • Sessions and consultations are provided via phone, video conferencing, or in-person, as by mutual agreement. Phone and video conference are the default options.

3. Payment Terms

  • All fees for services must be paid in advance.

  • Payment methods include credit/debit cards and other online payment options as specified on our website.

4. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards can be purchased and redeemed for our services. Gift card purchases are non-refundable but can be transferred to other individuals.

  • Gift cards are sold for specific amounts and can be redeemed for services up to the value of the card.

  • Gift cards do not expire.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued for gift cards, including but not limited to instances where the recipient does not use the full value of the card.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

  • Coaches and the company are not obliged to make up sessions canceled within 24 hours, or when a client no-shows, although reasonable accommodations can be made based on circumstances.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Personal and payment information is collected and stored securely via Squarespace and its payment systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

  • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
